Amanda Eaton Ferrelle

Amanda Eaton Ferrelle is a trial attorney with experience in a wide variety of civil litigation practice areas representing both plaintiffs and defendants, including complex commercial litigation, legal malpractice, qui tam and false claims act matters, product liability, employment litigation, business torts and personal injury cases. She is a member of both the Florida and Georgia Bars and is admitted to practice in the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida. Prior to her affiliation with Ferrelle Burns, Amanda practiced with several prominent law firms in Florida, including The Bedell Firm and Orr Cook. She has been named a Florida Rising Star and has been featured in Florida Super Lawyers.

Amanda graduated magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University in 2001 and magna cum laude from University of Georgia School of Law in 2004. In law school, Amanda was on the Editorial Board for the Georgia Law Review and her student Note was one of three selected for national publication. Amanda was on the University of Georgia Moot Court Team and was appointed to the Order of the Coif. After graduating from law school, Amanda served for two years as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Harvey E. Schlesinger, a District Court Judge for the Middle District of Florida.

When not practicing law, Amanda loves balancing the crazy schedules of her two kids, Connor and Kennedy, and spending time with her husband, Rice. She also volunteers for a number of non-profit organizations. She serves on the leadership team for her local Moms Demand Action group and is on the Board of the Drama Boosters for the LaVilla School of the Arts.
